How does it work?
Our intranet scan begins with an intake interview with the intranet owner – usually the communications manager and/or intranet administrator. During this meeting, we align expectations, make practical agreements and identify specific wishes and points of interest.
Then we get to work! We perform a thorough initial analysis based on available documentation, make an exploratory tour of the intranet and dive into the analytics. This can of course be done on location, so that we not only have optimal access to the system and the relevant data, but also get a good feeling with you as an organization.
After the analysis, you will receive clear and practical advice with concrete recommendations for the short and longer term. These are based on our many years of experience in designing and optimizing intranets and on proven best practices from the field.
From insights to action: clear advice with concrete handles
The report not only shows what can be improved, but above all how you approach it – including an estimate of the time and effort required. This way you have an immediate view of the steps that really take your intranet to a higher level.
Lead time and costs
We do the intranet scan in two to three days, during which we do the intake, the analysis and the elaboration of the advisory report. The costs for the scan are € 3,250, – euro, excluding VAT.
