Proven methodology with scientific substantiation

adoption is about behavior change. Decoking, sharing knowledge, a new way of (working together): apparently it is not happening now or not enough yet. A social platform alone will not change that.

Based on insights from behavioral psychology combined with our own research in collaboration with the University of Twente and Involve and our experience from practice, we have developed a – now – proven methodology for the adoption of internal digital platforms.
